Includability is delighted to welcome Onigo as an Official Partner

Includability are delighted to welcome Onogo as an official Includability Partner for 2022. Our Official Partners help to promote and champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Work collaboratively with the Includability community to promote best practice. Promote employee education and wellbeing and empower and encourage employees to join groups to build knowledge.

Who are Onigo?

Onigo is a corporate activity provider specialising in virtual and in-person games that are designed to bring colleagues closer together, build teams and boost happiness.

They believe that human connection is at the heart of health, happiness and productivity. Which is why they have created a new way to connect; harnessing the power of play to draw out the best in every individual and build teams that can take on the world, together.

Their pioneering approach combines clever twists and cryptic puzzles with advanced gamification techniques to motivate engagement and maximise the fun. And whether it's an online escape room or an outdoor adventure, the only way to succeed is to work as a team.

‘Elevate everyone’ is one of Onigo’s company values, with their team activities designed to be inclusive for all regardless of age, gender, disability, nationality, location, seniority, physical ability, puzzle-solving ability, team size, beliefs or social preferences.

Each game also has the benefit improving team development and performance, and individual mental benefits such as boosts to focus, memory and creativity. Outdoor events have added physical benefits of gentle exercise and vitamin D intake.

On working with Includability, Alex Stanley, Founder of Onigo said,

“It is fantastic to partner with Includability – a platform which shares our purpose around community, connection and wellbeing in the workplace. We very much look forward to helping any other Includability partners to bring their staff to come together and connect through our events.”

What is Includability?

Includability is a platform centred around community. We exist to raise expectation, increase employer accountability and create a new standard for what a job board should deliver through engagement, collaboration and regularly sharing best practice.

Includability provides a job board to all Includability Committed Employers and Official Partners. We aim to provide inspiration and action for positive change in the workplace. Our vision is to be the number one platform of choice for employers and job seekers and to positively contribute towards a society that is free from discrimination will be achieved through clear communication, collaboration and decisive action.

Our Official Partners help to promote and champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Work collaboratively with the Includability community to promote best practice. Promote employee education and wellbeing and empower and encourage employees to join groups to build knowledge.

What makes us different from other community platforms and job boards is every employer advertising on the platform is independently verified using a 5-Star Verification process, or 6-Star Verification process for recruitment agencies, to ensure organisations are committed towards the areas of diversity and inclusion, environment and sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, and talent management.

Organisations displaying our Includability Official Partner badge signifies to audiences and jobseekers that the holder is working collaboratively with purpose-led organisations to increase standards in diversity & inclusion, sustainability, mental and physical wellbeing, leadership and governance, and talent management. In a values-driven market, Official Partners can enjoy a wider range of talent from our accreditation.

Paul Smith, Founder of Includability, said: “As a community of like-minded people, we are proud to be partnered with Onigo. Change must happen, action is not optional, it’s essential. Includability has been created predominantly out of frustration, but with a great deal of pride and hope. Hope that we can play a part in going some way to eliminating the fear of discrimination from a job seeker thought process, the hope that we can help organisations bridge their employee’s education gaps and build their knowledge, and by removing the competitive element from all of our partners, we passionately believe that best way to succeed is by working together, engaging, collaborating and inspiring each other. It’s time to stand up, speak out and be a game changer. If not now, when?”
