Includability is delighted to welcome Liverpool Football Club as an Includability Committed Employer for 2022.

Liverpool FC (LFC) has successfully completed an initial 5 Star Verification Process in which they have committed to take the journey toward authentic inclusion by integrating fairness into their company culture and into each stage of their recruitment process by making commitments in the fields of sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.

The 5 Star Verification Process was independently conducted by Includability Official Partners; Prosperah, Outliers Wellbeing, Flex Wellbeing, Unleashed, The HR Agency and Mental Health Charter CIC to ensure practices align with established definitions of an ‘Inclusive Workplace’.

What does joining Includability mean for LFC?

Successfully completing the Includability 5 Star Verification Process for Includability Committed Employers (or the 6 Star Verification Process for Includability Committed Recruitment Agencies)immediately gives LFC access to a growing community network of purpose-led organisations.

Displaying our Includability Committed Employer or Includability Committed Recruitment Agency badge signifies to audiences and jobseekers that the holder is committed to undertaking steps to better themselves through education and collaboration. In a values-driven market, Includability Committed Employers enjoy a wider range of talent from our standard.

Who are Liverpool FC?

LFC are a professional football club established in 1892. The men’s team play in The Premier League.  

Joining Includability signifies the many improvements that have been made by the Club since the launch of its pioneering The Red Way initiative in January 2021. It was then that LFC set ambitious targets to achieve sustainability throughout its organisation, to create a better future for its people, its communities, and the planet.

This is achieved by integrating fairness into the Club’s culture and each stage of its recruitment processes in the fields of sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.

Thanks to the Club’s ongoing The Red Way strategy it is committed to ensuring authentic inclusion across LFC.
