Includability is delighted to welcome Impact Culture as an Official Partner for 2022.

What is Impact Culture?

Impact Culture is an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training consultancy that offers an evidence-led approach that centres the voices that are the most impacted by current organisational barriers and challenges.

They offer robust qualitative, quantitative and mixed method insight reports that can be used to assess the impact and outcomes of a specific EDI project, conduct a baseline evaluation, run wider equality or social justice research, or do a comprehensive EDI audit, evaluating the experiences of employees, customers or service users. They have the expertise and experience to lead a range of evidence and insight projects.

By supporting clients in developing impactful EDI strategies, that target what needs to change. Impact Culture facilitate a unique series of workshops to shape vision, strategy and theory of change. They support clients through a full EDI cycle to ensure sustainable results, and also offer strategic advice for ad-hoc or short-term projects.

The ethos of Impact Culture is based around change being the responsibility of everyone. They help facilitate that change by providing people with the tools, insights and learning opportunities needed to advance EDI visions and ambitions. They facilitate those learning opportunities, in an engaging and empathetic way by providing different forms of training or reflection sessions in topics including Exploring privilege and power, unpacking micro-aggressions and forms of systemic oppression, how to have challenging conversations and creating an inclusive workplace.

Thrilled to be working with Includability, Emma Palmer, Head of Inclusion and Equity at Impact Culture said, “We chose to partner with Includability because we feel that our values are very much aligned and believe in what they are creating. The essence of our work is rooted in community building through the lens of social justice where we hold space for conversations, learning and actions to emerge. Community is at the heart of Includability’s work too so partnering with them was a no-brainer and we hope to collaborate and connect with other like-minded individuals along the way!”

What does Includability do?

Includability is a platform centred around community. We exist to raise expectation, increase employer accountability and create a new standard for what a community network and job board should deliver through engagement, collaboration and regularly sharing best practice.

Includability provides a job board to all Includability Committed Employers and Official Partners. We aim to provide inspiration and action for positive change in the workplace. Our vision is to be the number one platform of choice for employers and job seekers and to positively contribute towards a society that is free from discrimination will be achieved through clear communication, collaboration and decisive action.

Our Official Partners help to promote and champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Work collaboratively with the Includability community to promote best practice. Promote employee education and wellbeing and empower and encourage employees to join groups to build knowledge.

What makes Includability different?

What makes us different from other community platforms and job boards is every employer advertising on the platform is independently verified using a 5-Star Verification process, or 6-Star Verification process for recruitment agencies, to ensure organisations are committed towards the areas of diversity and inclusion, environment and sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, and talent management.

Organisations displaying our Includability Official Partner badge signifies to audiences and jobseekers that the holder is working collaboratively with purpose-led organisations to increase standards in diversity & inclusion, sustainability, mental and physical wellbeing, leadership and governance, and talent management. In a values-driven market, Official Partners can enjoy a wider range of talent from engaging with our community network.

Paul Smith, Founder of Includability, said: “As a community of like-minded people, we are proud to be partnered with Impact Culture. Change must happen, action is not optional, it’s essential. Includability has been created predominantly out of frustration, but with a great deal of pride and hope. Hope that we can play a part in going some way to eliminating the fear of discrimination from a job seeker thought process, the hope that we can help organisations bridge their employee’s education gaps and build their knowledge, and by removing the competitive element from all of our partners, we passionately believe that best way to succeed is by working together, engaging, collaborating and inspiring each other. It’s time to stand up, speak out and be a game changer. If not now, when?”
