Includability Official Partner, Prosperah has taken over management of the Sustainability Star

Includability Official Partner, Prosperah has taken over management of the Sustainability Star in Includability’s Five Star Verification Process and Six Star Verification Process, making the processes fully independent.

The Sustainability Star is awarded to employers and individual businesses that wish to become Includability Committed Employers, and to recruitment agencies that wish to become an Includability Committed Recruitment Agency. The Star was previously awarded by Includability. With all six Stars managed by third party partners, the process has become fully independent for the first time.

This Star will be awarded automatically if your organisation is already B Corp Certified, B Corp Pending, Planet Mark Certified or CSR-A Accredited, however the Star will also be presented if an organisation is able to provide good intentions in creating a sustainability strategy – for example, a net-zero focus, staff volunteering days, community and charitable support, or even embedding the UN Sustainable Development Goals across your website.

Prosperah enables organisations to unleash their greater purpose for tangible business value, helping them to explore a space where social responsibility and sustainability are reimagined as a competitive advantage. They guide businesses through a journey to map their purpose to the Sustainable Development Goals and through enhanced stakeholder consultation, they will set key priority SDGs and targets to create a Purpose Book.

Who are the 5 and 6 star Verification management partners?

Prosperah joins fellow Official Partners for the Five Star Verification Process:

Mental Health Charter (MHC) – who manage the Mental Health Star - MHC's purpose is to provide a flexible and consistent charter to enable all businesses in the UK to access mental health support, provide awareness and training and put in place a structure and systems to support people in the workplace.

What makes Includability unique?

Alice Troiano, Co-Founder and CEO of Prosperah, said how excited she is to be working closely with organisations looking to start their Includability journey,

“I strongly admire the fact that Includability was founded as a purpose-driven company from the very beginning. To me being purpose-driven means being able to make a positive impact for people and the planet through our businesses, and Includability is amazing at this. Most importantly, I love how they are creating an ecosystem for recruiters to be more thoughtful about their own purpose and sustainability. At Prosperah we're very proud to be able to manage the sustainability star and continue to partner with our friends at Includability to help more and more companies use business as a force for good.”

David Holby-Wolinski, Customer Success Director at Includability, said,

“We’re just beyond thrilled to welcome Prosperah as an Includability Verification Partner and know how much companies will benefit from Alice’s energy and brilliance. Her knowledge around sustainability is just so impressive – she possesses the gift to make such a complex subject really engaging and accessible. It is essential that when a business chooses to become an Includability Committed Employer that they feel truly supported by us during the verification process – Alice will hold their hand on that journey perfectly by celebrating what they have already achieved and empowering where she feels knowledge can be built. With Prosperah now taking ownership of the Sustainability Star from Includability, it means we now have a truly independent verification process. Each Star is now governed by an expert within that specific field, providing full credibility to what it means to achieve Includability Committed Employer status.”
