Who are BDF?

Business Disability Forum is an Includability Official Partner and a business-focused not-for-profit organisation and our niche is expertise in disability as it affects business.

BDF can help you by sharing the tools and resources that show you how to best serve your disabled customers and provide your disabled employees with the resources and adjustments they need to perform to the best of their ability.

They have a wealth of experience: from diversity management, recruitment, human resources management, employment law, disabled people’s care and support services, people and business management, and social research, we have the depth of knowledge to work alongside you and your team.

What are the Disability Essentials range?

Guidance covers areas including advice and information around the law about disabilities, managing adjustments, disabled customers and accessibility.
