About Katie Mayock
I’m passionate about ending burnout. It’s a big goal, but it’s something that needs to happen. I’ve been working with leaders and companies, helping them design their well-being strategies to ensure that their teams, and they themselves, are performing at their best SUSTAINABLY.
Burnout and stress are on the rise. And it’s RUINING peoples health, their productivity and their overall performance.
This not only costs that person well-being it costs companies billions in revenue.
More and more people are leaving jobs, underperforming and simply being unproductive because of stress, burnout, poor mental health and poor overall well-being.
I originally set up Get Your Sh*t Together to support CEO’s, MD’s and leaders manage their stress and burnout and support them with their:
- Physical health
- Mindset
- Business structure
Which has evolved now into OMNIA. OMNIA is all about crafting bespoke well-being strategies for fast-paced organisations. I have worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, so I understand how important it is to perform at your best day in and day out.
I work with people and companies on:
✅ How to manage stress and prevent burnout
✅ Creating bespoke well-being and mental health strategies
✅ Helping leaders spot the signs of burnout and stress
✅ Helping leaders drive conversations to drive performance without stress and burnout
✅ Creating sustainable and performance-driven environments for fast-paced industries
I offer
💡Leadership well-being and mental health training programs
💡Business consulting
💡Bespoke well-being consultancy and strategies
💡1:1 coaching for leaders
💡Well-being diagnostics*
*The OMNIA Well-Being Diagnostic tool has been designed to look specifically at the pain points that individual companies have that are causing stress, burnout, poor mental health and poor overall well-being.
