Worcester City Women FC Ltd is a women’s football club based in Worcester, England.
Training and playing their home matches from Claines Lane, Worcester, the club has two 16+ adult teams. The First Team plays in the West Midlands Regional League Premier Division (Tier 5) and the Development Team plays in the West Midlands Regional League Division 1 South (Tier 6).
The club is led by Nicole Allison, who was born and brought up in Worcester when opportunities for girls and women to play football were very limited. Nicole played and coached football before then moving into the business side of the game having completed an MSc in Football Business whilst working at various organisations, such as the EFL and later for Tottenham Hotspur Women as General Manager. Nicole’s passion determines her vision for Worcester City Women to be a professional football club playing at the highest level in women’s football.
The club has a clear purpose, vision and strategy to develop girls’ and women’s football in the area and become a sustainable, professional football club.
Supported by partners, sponsors and people who share the same passion to grasp the opportunity, Worcester City Women FC is in a unique position to become an independent professional football club and use football as a vehicle for social good and change.
