Clusivity is a SaaS tool that measures DEI at your organisation by asking the people who know best – your employees. It provides a personalised action plan just for you and helps you celebrate progress on an ongoing basis.

What do we do?

Clusivity is helping its customers to take a data-driven approach to their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. Invest where it matters to build a workplace where everyone feels equally respected, supported and valued, with a tool that has been designed to help boost employee retention through a DEI lens.
 
Get up and running in minutes. We measure the level of inclusion at your organisation on an ongoing basis by asking the people who know best - your employees. We know what to ask and how to ask it because our Clusivity questionnaire has been designed and tested with specialist practitioners across gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability and socio-economic background.
 
In our dashboard, we've developed the right metrics for you to track. We translate the experiences of your employees into a scoreboard that maps how well you are currently performing and where you need to improve. Drill deeper to view your results from an intersectional lens, or jump straight to your targeted action plan. Quick-win and longer-term actions are tailored to your results, helping you to improve inclusion, retain your talent, and celebrate progress every year.
 
The founding team of Clusivity includes Meera Somji, a data and analytics enthusiast with an academic training in gender and race inequalities; and Andrew Carney, an entrepreneur with a passion for helping organisations take better decisions.
