Terms of Use – Business Members

1. Definitions

  • Business, you, your – the organisation or entity registering for services.
  • Service, Platform – the Includability website, tools, resources, community, training and verification programmes.
  • Member Tier – the plan chosen (e.g. Gateway or Committed Employer solution).
  • Fee(s) – membership subscriptions, training, marketplace purchases, and any associated costs.
  • Introduced Users – employees, ambassadors and experts representing your organisation.

2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Only legally established businesses with a valid UK company registration may join.
2.2 You must appoint a named individual as your primary contact.
2.3 By registering and paying, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Services & Payments
3.1 We offer two main tiers:

  • Gateway: benchmarking tools, expert training, access to resources, events, marketplace discounts and community support at ÂŁ699 / year weareincludability.co.uk.
  • Committed Employer: full verification (65‑question survey), HR roadmap, expert calls, verification report, engagement survey access and full resource access from ÂŁ1,495 / year for organisations under 20 employees weareincludability.co.uk.
    3.2 You must pay fees in advance. Monthly or annual plans are available.
    3.3 Additional specialist training, events and tools may be offered as a la carte items via the marketplace.

4. Use of Platform & Resources
4.1 Access is granted to your team members as Introduced Users.
4.2 Users must not share login credentials or allow unauthorised access.
4.3 Content (e.g. reports, learning materials) is for internal business use only – commercial or resale use is prohibited.
4.4 You agree that any data/surveys submitted will be used for benchmarking and development purposes.

5. Inclusivity & Accessibility Obligations
5.1 You commit to embedding inclusive practices (e.g. accessibility in recruitment, mental health support, sustainability).
5.2 All published job adverts and materials must follow accessible and inclusive writing principles (plain language, alt text, clear formats, defined acronyms, flexibility, and diversity statements)
5.3 You must make reasonable adjustments for users during events, training or hiring processes.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All platform content remains the intellectual property of The Includability Collective Limited.
6.2 You may download and use material internally during active membership.
6.3 You must not alter, copy for resale, or redistribute content without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality & Data Handling
7.1 We respect the confidentiality of your internal information.
7.2 We collect and process data in accordance with UK GDPR.
7.3 You agree to treat other businesses’ shared insights or benchmarks confidentially.

8. Termination & Suspension
8.1 We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or act unlawfully.
8.2 You may cancel membership in writing—annual plans require 60 days' notice before renewal.
8.3 No refunds are given for partial use or non‑use of services.

9. Liability & Disclaimers
9.1 Services are provided “as is”; while efforts are made to ensure quality, no warranties are made of accuracy or continuity.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect losses or how you use our resources.

10. Amendments
10.1 We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify businesses of significant changes before implementation.
10.2 Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be heard exclusively in those courts.
