Do I need to be an Includability Committed Employer to post jobs?

No, but Committed Employers get free job posting and full access. Others can select a paid plan after sign-up and your account will be verified prior to your jobs going live.

How do I highlight our company’s values on a job post?

Use your profile and job listings to talk about your approach to diversity, wellbeing, sustainability and impact. Our team can help if you need guidance and becoming a committed employer is the best way to ensure you promote your values in the best way possible to attarct the best talent for your business

How long does account verification take?

We aim to verify all Non Committed Employer company accounts within 24 hours to ensure accuracy and trust across the platform.

Committed Employers will have their accounts fast tracked through the verified process.

You will need to have completed the company profile in your account to ensure your profile is listed on the Job Board. We check all the details to ensure the information is valid and correct.
