Includability is delighted to welcome Woven as an Includability Committed Employer for 2022.

Woven has successfully completed an initial 5 Star Verification Process in which they have committed to take the journey toward authentic inclusion by integrating fairness into their company culture and into each stage of their recruitment process by making commitments in the fields of sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.

The process was independently conducted by Includability Official Partners; Prosperah, Outliers Wellbeing, Flex Wellbeing, Unleashed, and Mental Health Charter CIC to ensure practices align with established definitions of an ‘Inclusive Workplace’.

Successfully completing the Includability 5 Star Verification Process for Includability Committed Employers (or the 6 Star Verification Process for Includability Committed Recruitment Agencies) immediately gives Woven access to a growing community network of purpose-led organisations. Displaying our Includability Committed Employer or Includability Committed Recruitment Agency badge signifies to audiences and jobseekers that the holder is committed to undertaking steps to better themselves through education and collaboration. In a values-driven market, Includability Committed Employers enjoy a wider range of talent from our accreditation.

Woven is a Bristol-based telecommunications services company founded on the belief that the key to growth in today’s highly competitive and ever-changing environment is through the delivery of exceptional experiences. And by delivering exceptional experiences – for clients, customers and colleagues – underpinned with the right technology solutions, we will deliver something new and special.

The ‘Woven Core’ began its journey in 2018 when it acquired several complementary businesses. When they also acquired tPoint solutions, a best-in-class technology provider, and BYC AQUA, the independent South Africa-based Quality Assurance specialists in 2019/20 they expanded their services to include offshore consultancy.  Most recently, in June of this year, they have acquired an industry leading BPO in South Africa, SA Commercial.

Primarily providing services to the retail, utilities and automotive sectors, their proposition is founded on three core pillars offering Inspired Experiences though tailored services, Bespoke Technology and Hands on Staff – putting their people at the heart of their business.

Thrilled to achieve Includability Committed Employer status; Hannah-May Tatton, Chief of People at Woven Said, “Team Woven are delighted to have completed the verification process with Includability. The process has been a perfect opportunity for us to reflect on what we are already doing and shape our future plans in these 5 key areas that are so intrinsic to how we operate – Wellbeing, Mental Health, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability. Our team are completely committed to creating an environment where people can be happy and thrive, where we embrace our differences and learn and grow with one another. We can’t wait to continue our journey with Includability by our side.”

Includability is a platform centred around community. It has been developed to raise expectation, increase employer accountability, and create a new standard for what the recruitment sector should deliver through engagement, collaboration and regularly sharing best practice.

Includability provides a job board to all Includability Committed Employers and Official Partners. We aim to provide inspiration and action for positive change in the workplace. Our vision is to be the number one platform of choice for employers and job seekers and to positively contribute towards a society that is free from discrimination will be achieved through clear communication, collaboration and decisive action.

What makes us different from other community platforms and job boards is every employer advertising on the platform is independently verified using a 5 Star Verification process, or 6 Star Verification process for recruitment agencies, to ensure companies are committed towards the areas of diversity and inclusion, environment and sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, leadership and governance, and talent management.

Paul Smith, Founder of Includability, said: “We are delighted to welcome Woven into our Includability Community. It’s great that they were committed to working with our Verification Partners to obtain Includability Committed Employer status. By achieving this, Woven has displayed excellent intentions and transparency. Completing our verification process means they are now part of a growing community of like-minded organisations that will support each other to share best practice, overcome obstacles, empower employees and work collaboratively to create an inclusive culture. I am very excited that we will be taking this journey together.”
