   Please note that the Employer Support Group is for Includability Partners, Ambassadors, Registered Employers and their Employees only. If you would like to attend then please do get in touch at hello@includability.co.uk  


You can now register for July's Employer Support Group it would be amazing to see as many of the Includability community there as possible.


Date: Wednesday 28th July

Time: 10:30AM – 11:45AM BST



To provide an environment where friendships are formed, collaboration is encouraged and we get to share successful initiatives and/or help each other overcome barriers.

This monthly ESG will give you the opportunity to get to know other people that are part of the includability community, with the simple logic that together we can make meaningful change, quicker.


We do have a few basic ‘House Rules’

  • Engage.
  • Collaborate.
  • Inspire.



Each ESG will last approximately 75 minutes and will be a relaxed environment.

We would love to highlight any webinars, events or initiatives you are running during the coming month – PLEASE EMAIL US IN ADVANCE WITH DETAILS (DATE, TIME, TOPIC, GUESTS (or if you are looking to get additional guests) and HOW TO REGISTER or PARTICIPATE)


Guest Speaker:

Aimee Gaudin from Become

Become is a social enterprise dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace. Their goal is to increase the number of women of colour in industry and help close the gender/race pay gap.


Breakout Room 1:

Split into Breakout rooms to give you a chance to talk in smaller groups – 15 Minutes / Max 5 People Per Room

Don’t be shy! The whole purpose of these rooms is to get to know each other, so talk away. Talk about yourself, your job, your passions, your company, your ideas.

Talk about any initiatives yourself or your company are currently running / have run previously (what is going well / what hasn’t gone so well), what barriers or obstacles is your company facing currently and what support would really help you out

Think E,D&I / Environmental & Sustainability / Mental Health / Wellbeing / Ex-Military / Charity


If your group is totally lost for words, try discussing some of the Awareness Days that are coming up in July:

  • World Breastfeeding Week – 1 – 7th August. This is a global campaign to raise awareness and galvanise action on themes related to breastfeeding and commemorates the 1990 Innocenti Declaration. Since 2016, WBW has been aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Cycle To Work Day – 6th August. Cycle to Work Day is for absolutely everyone. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t cycled in years or have never cycled at all. This is just about giving it a go ??

  • World Humanitarian Day – 19th August. A day to pay tribute to humanitarian workers killed and injured in the course of their work, and to honour all aid and health workers who continue, despite the odds, to provide life-saving support and protection to people most in need.

  • International Day for the Remembrance of the Slave Trade and its Abolition - 23rd August. A day to honour and remember those who suffered and died at the hands of the brutal slavery system as well as raising awareness about the dangers of racism and prejudice today.

Recite Me is a Cloud-based web accessibility solution which allows customers and clients to customise your website in a way that works best for them.?

The Guest Speakers will give you a topic to discuss in your group
