Full Time Position (37.5 hours per week) - £12.34 per hour

Lead Support Workers will be supporting ladies who are aged in their 40’s-60’s, and are have learning disabilities, to enjoy a full and varied life. They would be happy to meet a Lead Support Workerwho would like to get involved in activities such as:

• Going out for meals in town.
• Music sessions at home with visiting local musicians.
• Dance sessions.
• Days out shopping.
• Visiting Thames Valley Adventure Playground.
• Pampering sessions including manicures and pedicures.

These ladies would like you to know that although they don’t all use words to communicate, they can understand you and have a variety of ways of telling you what they want.

Lead Support Workers hold responsibilities around rota, audits and delegations.
