Location - Bracknell
Full Time Position (37.5 hours per week) - £12.34 per hour

The home supports 4 people (2 men / 2 ladies) with a variety of needs. The people we support have a range of interests including, bowling, crafts, choir, bingo, social clubs and dancing. At home home they enjoy gardening, games, jigsaws and art. It’s a busy house so the ideal candidate will be a good communicator, lively, fun and engaging, It would also be advantageous if you are happy to support people to go on holiday.
Lead Support Workers hold responsibilities around rota, audits and delegations.
Please note that this role will involve delivering personal care to both men and women.
We require all Lead Support Workers to undertake 1 or 2 sleep-in shifts per week (sleep-in are paid at an allowance of £45 per shift)
