Includability exists to create change, support employers, and provide job seekers with the opportunity to be introduced to authentically inclusive companies. We want Game Changers – Companies, individuals – like-minded people who care and are passionate about making a difference and willing to help others. That is why it is a requirement for every company to have Includability Committed Employer status BEFORE you can start advertising jobs.
Before we go any further, it’s essential to understand the verification process to become an Includability Committed Employer.

Why do we have a process? Simply, we believe it is now time for less talking and more actions. It’s time that a job board stepped up and made a difference by raising expectations. Building a community of like-minded people and offering something to employers and job seekers beyond just advertising or applying for jobs.
Starting the Verification Process to advertising your jobs will take no more than seven working days. Every inclusive company/employer can earn up to 5 stars.
Once you have this status, you are entirely free to advertise your jobs, and we can be safe in the knowledge that you honestly do care.
Please know this isn’t aimed at being a barrier or taking up your time unnecessarily. Still, it is essential that we understand more about your inclusive company and fully commit to doing the right things.
There may be aspects that you need assistance with or haven’t started yet, that is fine – we aren’t seeking perfection. We want honesty, good intentions and total commitment. Remember, we are in this together. We can all help each other become better businesses; being part of Includability is all about.
When speaking to ourselves and our partners during the verification process, please feel free to ask us any questions or advice/suggestions.
By becoming an Includability Committed Employer, you will be joining so much more than just a job board. Includability is a platform where you can meet like-minded people, build relationships, be inspired, and inspire others. Also, engage and collaborate with other companies and empower your employees to develop their knowledge. They can get involved in the Employer Support Groups, the Includability Awareness Hubs, be a guest on a Webinar, or even become a Blog Contributor.
So, what do you say? Ready to advertise your jobs?
