Includability is delighted to welcome Diversely as an Official Partner for 2022.

Diversely helps businesses to Deliver on Diversity, by de-biasing the recruitment process to improve workplace diversity for businesses, everywhere. Diversely is an automated platform-based D&I recruitment solution that helps businesses measure and improve the diversity of their candidate pipeline, across 5 elements of diversity, in a way that is globally relevant and compliant, and saves time by working seamlessly with other systems.

Launched in 2021 by Co-Founders Hayley Bakker and Helen McGuire, their online HR tools increase the reach of a talent search to more under-represented groups by as much as three times, meaning the best candidate for the job is more likely to be discovered.

The tool helps companies understand track and measure the diversity in their talent pipeline from the application to onboarding measuring five elements of diversity in the available talent pool and presenting the information in a diversity dashboard to help hiring managers and recruiters to be more inclusive in their recruitment.

Diversely’s data-driven approach to decision making and feedback allows companies to achieve a behavioural change by reducing conscious and unconscious bias decisions helping teams to do improve on their diversity and inclusion approaches and outcomes.

On working with Includability, Hayley Bakker, Co-Founder of Diversely said, “It's about sustainability in the broadest sense of the word and the fact that a lot of companies are coming together in trying to do good and progress on the areas of sustainability they're focusing on. It's a great community to be a part of, it attracts the right type of people and there are other potential partnerships that we can tap into, supporting our clients together to achieve their sustainability goals. There's a very broad spectrum that we can address together and being able to connect the dots is something that we'd be keep to support.”

Includability is a platform centred around community. We exist to raise expectation, increase employer accountability and create a new standard for the recruitment sector should deliver through engagement, collaboration and regularly sharing best practice.

Includability provides a job board to all Includability Committed Employers and Official Partners. We aim to provide inspiration and action for positive change in the workplace. Our vision is to be the number one job platform of choice for employers and job seekers and to positively contribute towards a society that is free from discrimination will be achieved through clear communication, collaboration and decisive action.

Our Official Partners help to promote and champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Work collaboratively with the Includability community to promote best practice. Promote employee education and wellbeing and empower and encourage employees to join groups to build knowledge.

What makes us different from other community platforms and job boards is every employer advertising on the platform is independently verified using a 5-Star Verification process, or 6-Star Verification process for recruitment agencies, to ensure organisations are committed towards the areas of diversity and inclusion, environment and sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, and talent management.

Paul Smith, Founder of Includability, said: “As a community of like-minded people, we are proud to be partnered with Diversely. Change must happen, action is not optional, it’s essential. Includability has been created predominantly out of frustration, but with a great deal of pride and hope. Hope that we can play a part in going some way to eliminating the fear of discrimination from a job seeker thought process, the hope that we can help organisations bridge their employee’s education gaps and build their knowledge, and by removing the competitive element from all of our partners, we passionately believe that best way to succeed is by working together, engaging, collaborating and inspiring each other. It’s time to stand up, speak out and be a game changer. If not now, when?”
