CRM Students Is Now an Includability Committed Employer

25 July 2022 | Press Release

Includability is delighted to welcome CRM Students as an Includability Committed Employer for 2022.

CRM Students has successfully completed an initial 5 Star Verification Process in which they have committed to take the journey toward authentic inclusion by integrating fairness into their company culture and into each stage of their recruitment process by making commitments in the fields of sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.

The process was independently conducted by Includability Official Partners; Prosperah, Outliers Wellbeing, Flex Wellbeing, Unleashed, and Mental Health Charter CIC to ensure practices align with established definitions of an ‘Inclusive Workplace’.

Successfully completing the Includability 5 Star Verification Process for Includability Committed Employers (or the 6 Star Verification Process for Includability Committed Recruitment Agencies) immediately gives CRM Students access to a growing community network of purpose-led organisations. Displaying our Includability Committed Employer or Includability Committed Recruitment Agency badge signifies to audiences and jobseekers that the holder is committed to undertaking steps to better themselves through education and collaboration. In a values-driven market, Includability Committed Employers enjoy a wider range of talent from our accreditation.

Paul Smith, Founder of Includability, said: “We are delighted to welcome CRM Students into our Includability Community. It’s great that they were committed to working with our Verification Partners to obtain Includability Committed Employer status. By achieving this, CRM Students has displayed excellent intentions and transparency. Completing our verification process means they are now part of a growing community of like-minded organisations that will support each other to share best practice, overcome obstacles, empower employees and work collaboratively to create an inclusive culture. I am very excited that we will be taking this journey together.”

Thrilled to achieve Includability Committed Employer status; Steph Robey, HR Director at CRM Students said, “CRM Students are absolutely delighted to have been awarded 5 stars and become a recognised Includability Committed Employer. The verification process was a great way for us to discuss and reflect on the amazing things we are doing within CRM for our people and has given us some incredible contacts within the Includability network to enable our vision to progress further. We can’t wait to see what else we can do on top of what we have already achieved!”

Includability is a platform centred around community. It has been developed to raise expectation, increase employer accountability, and create a new standard for what the recruitment sector should deliver through engagement, collaboration and regularly sharing best practice.

Includability provides a job board to all Includability Committed Employers and Official Partners. We aim to provide inspiration and action for positive change in the workplace. Our vision is to be the number one platform of choice for employers and job seekers and to positively contribute towards a society that is free from discrimination will be achieved through clear communication, collaboration and decisive action.

What makes us different from other community platforms and job boards is every employer advertising on the platform is independently verified using a 5 Star Verification process, or 6 Star Verification process for recruitment agencies, to ensure companies are committed towards the areas of diversity and inclusion, environment and sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, leadership and governance, and talent management.
