Role profiling & Job crafting

Whether top-down or bottom-up, creating structure, alignment and meaning for your people is a critical launchpad from which many exciting projects can take-off. The HR Agency has a wealth of experience of shaping roles and responsibilities in numerous organisations, from large employers to small businesses.

Depending on the culture of your organisation, there is a solution right for you. A more traditional approach to defining structured responsibilities comes from creating role profiles as an output of job design. This relies on more of a top-down approach to define individual roles.
